I stopped dreading the stairs

I bought this after months of telling myself it was just my age. Ten minutes on my calves before bed and the first trip down the stairs in the morning is not the event it used to be. I am back to my Tuesday walking group.

Wish I had found it sooner

Perimenopause hit my shoulders harder than anything. I use this on the sofa while the telly is on and my husband has started borrowing it, which tells you everything. Quiet enough that nobody complains.

Heavy legs, sorted

I am a nurse and my legs were done by the end of a shift. Twenty minutes in these and they feel like mine again. Takes a minute to get set up which is the only reason this is not five stars.

My knee likes cold weather less than I do

The knee wrap lives on the arm of my chair now. I put it on while I am reading and I can still get up and make a cup of tea without unplugging anything. That was the whole reason I bought it.

The knot has met its match

Two decades at a desk left me with a permanent lump between my shoulder blades. This gets into it properly and the handles mean I decide how hard, not the machine.

Ten minutes I actually do

I kept buying things I never used. This one I stand on while the kettle boils. Small thing, but I have done it every day since May, which is more than I can say for the gym membership.
