How long am I covered for?: Two years from the delivery date on every MOVELYRA device.
What does it cover?: Faults in manufacturing, materials or workmanship under normal household use.
What is not covered?: Accidental damage, wear to fabric covers and liners, and anything caused by use outside the instructions.
Do I need the receipt?: Your order number is enough. We have your order on file.
How do I claim?: Email hello@movelyra.co.uk with your order number and a short description of the fault. A photo or short video speeds it up.
Repair or replacement?: TBC - confirm the real policy before launch.
