Getting it to you
- What does delivery cost?
- Free on orders over £75.00. Below that it is £4.95, tracked.
- How long does it take?
- 2 to 4 working days, tracked.
- When does my order leave you?
- Within one working day of you placing it.
- Will I get tracking?
- Yes, by email as soon as it is handed to the courier.
- Do you deliver outside the UK?
- Not yet. UK mainland only at the moment.
Returns
If it is not right
- How long do I have?
- Not right for you? Send it back within 30 days of delivery and we pay the return postage.
- Does it need to be unused?
- No - try it properly. Send it back with everything that came in the box. The original packaging helps but is not required.
- Who pays return postage?
- We do. We email you a prepaid label. Returning a device does not cost you anything.
- When do I get my money back?
- Within 5 working days of it arriving back with us, to the card you paid with.
- How do I start a return?
- Email hello@movelyra.co.uk with your order number.
