Still to confirm
These points are not yet settled. They are listed here rather than filled with guesses, and will be completed before launch.
- Registered company name, number and trading address
- The exact liability wording, to be drafted by a solicitor
- Which alternative dispute resolution scheme we belong to
Section 1
Who we are and how to reach us
- 1.1 The seller
- MOVELYRA. Registered company name, number and address are to be confirmed before launch and will appear here in full.
- 1.2 Contact
- Email hello@movelyra.co.uk. We aim to answer within one working day.
- 1.3 These terms
- By placing an order you accept these terms. Nothing in them removes or limits your legal rights as a consumer.
Section 2
Orders and prices
- 2.1 When the contract starts
- Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we email to confirm dispatch - not when you click pay, and not when the money leaves your account.
- 2.2 Prices
- All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay: there are no mandatory fees added later.
- 2.3 If we get a price wrong
- If a price is obviously wrong we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We will not simply charge you the difference.
- 2.4 Availability
- Stock figures shown on the site reflect what we hold. If something sells out between your order and dispatch we will tell you and refund in full.
- 2.5 Payment
- We take payment when you order. We never see or store your full card number - payment is handled by our payment provider.
Section 3
Delivery
- 3.1 Cost
- Free UK delivery over £75. Below that, standard delivery is charged at the rate shown at checkout before you pay.
- 3.2 Timing
- 2 to 4 working days, tracked. Dispatch is same working day where possible.
- 3.3 If it is late
- Delivery estimates are estimates. If your order has not arrived within 30 days you may treat the contract as ended and we will refund you in full.
- 3.4 Risk
- The goods are our responsibility until they are delivered to the address you gave us.
Section 4
Cancelling, returns and refunds
This is a summary. The full detail, including how to start a return, is on the refunds page.
- 4.1 Your statutory right to cancel
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel an online order for any reason within 14 days of delivery, then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
- 4.2 Our longer policy
- We give you 30-day returns from delivery. That sits on top of the statutory 14 days and never replaces it.
- 4.3 Return postage
- We pay it. We email you a prepaid label. Returning a device does not cost you anything.
- 4.4 When you get your money
- Within 14 days of the goods reaching us, or of your proof of postage, whichever is sooner. Refunds go to the original payment method and include the standard outbound delivery charge.
- 4.5 Full detail
- See the refunds and returns page for the steps, timings and exceptions.
Section 5
Faulty goods and warranty
- 5.1 Your statutory rights
- Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have a short-term right to reject for a full refund within 30 days, and rights to repair or replacement after that.
- 5.2 Our warranty
- Every device carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults. See the warranty page. It is in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them.
- 5.3 What is not covered
- Accidental damage, normal wear, and faults caused by use outside the instructions. We will always explain which applies and why.
Section 6
Using the products
- 6.1 Not medical devices
- MOVELYRA products support an active lifestyle. They are not medical devices and we make no claim that they diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
- 6.2 Speak to a professional
- If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or have persistent pain, check with your GP or physiotherapist before using a massage, heat or vibration device.
- 6.3 Follow the instructions
- Each device ships with guidance on safe use, including time limits and heat settings. Please follow it.
Section 7
Liability and general
- 7.1 Our liability
- We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. The precise wording of the remaining liability clause is to be settled by a solicitor before launch.
- 7.2 Events outside our control
- If something genuinely beyond our control delays your order we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.
- 7.3 Complaints
- Email hello@movelyra.co.uk. If we cannot resolve it between us, you can take the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution scheme, which we will name here before launch.
- 7.4 Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.
