- How quickly will my order arrive?
- 2 to 4 working days, tracked. Orders leave us within one working day.

- Free UK delivery over £75. Below that it is £4.95, tracked.
- What if it is not right for me?
- Not right for you? Send it back within 30 days of delivery and we pay the return postage.
- Is it covered if something breaks?
- Every MOVELYRA device is covered for two years.
- How can I pay?
- Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Klarna.
- Which device should I pick?
- Start from what is bothering you rather than the technology. Our shop by concern pages group products by problem.
- Will these help my condition?
- We cannot say that. MOVELYRA products are built to support an active lifestyle. They are not medical devices and do not treat or cure anything. Speak to your GP about persistent pain.
- Can I use them every day?
- Follow the instructions that come with each device. If anything hurts, stop.
- I have osteoporosis or thin bones. Can I use these?
- Check with your GP first. Deep pressure from a massage gun or a vibration plate is not suitable over fragile bone. Gentler options like the heated wraps and the seat cushion may suit you better, but your GP knows your situation and we do not.
- I get hot flushes. Will the heated products set them off?
- They might. Heat is a well-known trigger, which is why every heated device here has adjustable levels and comes off in seconds. We deliberately do not sell full-body heat products like sauna blankets for that reason. Start on the lowest setting and stop if you feel yourself getting too warm.
- I take blood thinners. Does that change anything?
- Yes. Percussion massage can cause bruising and bleeding, so the massage guns are not a good idea without asking your GP first. The air-compression and heat products are gentler, but please ask anyway.
- Is it safe if I have a pacemaker?
- Ask your doctor before using any of them. The neck and shoulder massager specifically lists pacemakers as a reason to check first.
